Hi
Our MH is about the same size. We set the thermostat at 80. We have ceiling fans. Bills in the summer are $160 to $180.

RE: Install rain gutters to metal roof w/ 10" overhang?
Hi
My front porch has a metal roof with an overhang. We attached a square aluminum pipe under the edge and fastened the gutter to it.

Hurricane Season 2009
The season got off to a late start. There are 3 named storms at the moment.
Bill looks like the most dangerous at this time. It is too early to determine where it will make landfall.
Be prepared.

Hi
Grab the top panel and pull out and up. It will snap up allowing you to slide the sections up.

RE: How to Re-Plumb New Tub?
Hi
couldn't I build like a 6-8 inch platform where the new tub will go, with access to the pipes, so that I don't have re-route anything through the underbelly?
I suppose it is possible....depends what you find when you remove the old tub.
