ideas for connecting this deck

i really need some input on what we should do to attach this together. what you are seeing is the gap between trailer and deck roof if you were looking out the door and up towards the sky. i purchased a preowned(used) deck. we already cut the legs down as much as possible since it was almost 16 inch...

Fortunately, much of the paneling has already been painted over in our MH. However.... The painted paneling looks great. Did you wash the walls down with water after washing with TSP? Did you sand? Also, did you tint the Kilz the applsauce color? Hi Sally, Not meaning to contradict you but laminate flooring is not all that great with pets or aging adults. It is very slippery. i got to tell ya my kitchen is almost the same set up. smoke detector and microwave in the exact same spot too.
i am loving the bead board and am definitely going to use it too.

i was thinking of going with laminate., but, with having a dog and all the comments on here i think vinyl may be a better way to go.

what kind of flooring do you have in the kitchen? i was looking at wood laminate ( snap together ) but maybe vinyl would be better??
i have a pretty big greyhound. i dont want something that scratches easily.
