Blower starts, but condensor won't.
I have a Coleman Evcon DRHS0601CB heat pump. Intermittently the blower will start, but the condensor unit won't. The contactor clicks about every 30 seconds but won't hold. I have 24 volts going to the control board. Coming out of the control board I am getting about 12 volts. When the contactor cli...
