I got paid nothing, just a pole and transformer for service at my house, but had to sign away rights for them to put poles where necessary in the future.

actually, if you take the bottom drain out of any hot water heater, replace it with a 6" piece of pipe, then a tee and then put your shut off or drain fauset on the end of ther pipe. run another line or pipe out of the tee down to the farthest hot water fauset in your house,tap in and connect t...

We need a right of way to put in an electric pole and run the wires overhead. Does this make sense? I had no idea that Penelec wouldn't automatically have the right of way along a public township road, but the engineer said that since there are trees in the waw, we must get a right of way in order ...

the 341,000 is a typo, they should have wrote $31,400.00. this is thru my insurance agent that we've had for 40 plus yrs.

where does everyone buy HO insurance. I had to buy $35,000.00 to protect the bank and ended up paying $581.00 for $341,000.00 worth of ins for a $2000.00 MH. I was over barrel because of the closing so I told them to enjoy the money as they will not see me next yr.

I own a couple jacks and have access to any number of them.Now that you've set me in the right dirrection, I think we'll go up with one side at a time using the water level and jacks at every pier.. I really don't know what a professional is other than a person who has some sort of cheap degree and charges 50 bucks more an hour than I do, or it could be just someone off the street who is working for a company that has one person with a degree or license and everyone is working under that person...
