Latez Kilz is what is sticking to the walls here. The oil based will peel off in sheets for most of what we have removed here. When you went with the gas option they could have put in a smaller main electrical panel and it might not be big enough for an electric ANYTHING with that much amperage draw. The outlet in the wall for the dryer might not be hooked to anything behind it OR in the main panel.

RUT ROW....... Kilz LATEX is what you needed to use. My other half painted this parts of this place before she got me and used oil based Kilz. It does not stick to the vinyl covered sheet rock. You can peel the paint of in sheets in a lot of places. We are working on peeling and scraping it off room...

I would say if it is too warm for your hand to be on the wall comfortably for a few minutes or warm enough to discolor the wall something is wrong.

She just got the ins. renewal for this place, Not bad $1200 a year, New policy with this company (American Family Home), Just no flood insurance. We are too close to the coast and too high of an elevation to ever get a flood here. You have to go to a 500 year flood projection for us to get water a ...

No I will not miss that. Well I could have sent her shopping but after what we just spent on the 150 gallon aquarium, We could not afford the cab for her to go shopping much less for her to buy anything. Besides I would have had to go shopping with her. She can not drive for medical reasons.
