Painting the exterior
Hello, I have an elderly mobile home with aluminum (I'm guessing - it dents easily) siding. I'd like to paint it. What paint and what primer? Filling in dents with what? How to prepare - TSP wash or is something else better? What about rust mark (running down from the roof). Any advice will be great...

Skunk smell when showering
Hello.
Finished the bathroom reno, but I noticed that when I shower there is a faint skunk smell in the shower. I haven't noticed any other odors when running water elsewhere. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Shelley

Closets and condensation
Hi, Continuing to work on my reno project - it's coming along nicely! Question is - the bedroom closet is on an outside wall and years ago I rented a trailer with the same thing - and found that boxes that touched the back wall of the closet froze/got wet during the winter. Not sure if this will be ...

Trailer hitch removal
Hi,
I have an 1972 Premier and the hitch is still attached. Can I have it cut off? I'd like to put
a garden there.
Thanks,
Shelley

Laminate flooring in a kitchen
Hi, My 1972 Premier has a very open floor plan and as it is also very tiny I had wanted to use the same wood laminate flooring throughout (except the bathroom). I've researched using laminate in the kitchen - and some are for; some not so much! Would gluing the edges together improve water resistanc...

Small roof overhang for front door?
Hello - new to the forum although I have been a browser for a long time. I just purchased a 1972 Premier. It's old, but has lot of potential. The subfloor inside the front door needs to be repalced as there is quite a bit of 'give' when you step on the floor near the entrance. As there is no eave on...
