Coleman DGAT075BDD Flashing Lights Diagnosis

Furnace cycles on and off; diagnostic light flashes 4 times. Cycles for about 45 minutes at a time before shutting off completely and needing to be re-set. After re-set, will run for about 45 minutes at a time again. Have replaced limit switch (part #7990-3591). Have cleaned blower assembly and other things suggested that we clean. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you so much.
