Sorry to bother everyone again...
This vinyl skirting on this home we just bought is flipping up in someplaces at the bottom. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks

Hi Indians, Welcome to the forum!
The best and easiest fix is wind rods to hold the skirting down.
If you can't find them locally, Mark sells them here on the site!
Just look under the books and parts link at the top of the page. Scroll down and you'll find them.

Hi
Also your vinyl skirting should have been installed using a snap-lock tool. This tool puts "tabs" every 4" at the bottom of the panel. These "tabs" grab the bottom rail. Here's a photo of the tool which sells for approx $20.00.

Aside from the roof leak, soft floors, rats, mice and bursted plumbing ........ how do you like it?
