Please help my furnace is kicking on at the same time as my a/c. The transformer shorted due to condensation and was replaced. Then this started. I've replaced the relay, because the blower stayed on and also had to disconnect the heating elements . The a/c worked fine until i had to run the furnace. Can't afford the tech he estimated 500 plus dollars? I don't think the problem can be that severe could it? Now that I need heat I have to turn the furnace on and off by using the breaker switches because it won't shut off. Can someone please help.
