Coleman CPCP0301BA No blower activation

I have everything working as it should, but the blower fan does not come on. I replaced the blower fan relay and this fixed the problem for about 6 weeks. Now the blower fan will not come on again. If I manually energize the relay (spike it) the fan will come on. I do not have a wiring diag. for this unit.
