deck build for sister

How Ya all been?!
Here's last weeks' deck build at Sis' house. My brother and I did the framing,decking,and,posts then sis helped me with the balusters. I built the bench so it can be easilly converted to storage inside later.
There are some mistakes(clips show-post in middle of window-etc)here n there but it is solid as a rock. It had to be above ground install as per her court owners' rules,they must be new rules cause i saw in ground posts in the older areas. I had no control over the overall placement or size of the deck or that post would be past the window.
It came out good considering it was built by a drywaller,a metal fabricator/inspector,and,a laid off office girl! lol
