:) I HAVE A DELUXE BLEND AIR II IN MY '98 MOBILE HOME MODEL #DGATO75BDE. AFTER TALKING TO THE HVAC TECH IN TOWN, HE SUGGESTED I JUST BYPASS THE ATTIC FAN RATHER THAN REPLACE IT. HE SAID IN OUR CLIMITE WE REALLY DON'T NEED IT. HOW WOULD I BYPASS IT?

THANK YOU FOR ANY INFORMATION YOU CAN OFFER

Hi,

Can't answer that as it is not recommended. Did you ask that Tech if he is going to pay for any problems in the future due to it being bypassed ?

It works during winter as well as summer and is not really climate related.

I doubt he knows alot about MH units and systems though.

Here's the page for the motor:

Thanks,

Get a new motor and replace it yourself if it is not running or running badly. I just replaced mine this year and it is an easy job as long as you dont mind going on the roof. You will be able to figure it out just by looking at it.
