Hi,
What is last 3 digits of furnace model number such as 7656B856 ?
Have you cleaned and serviced motor recently or at all ?
Thanks,
Robert

Is the motor HOT when it shuts off like this ?
Can you spin the wheel several revolutions at this time ?
Have you removed and inspected it ?
Could be motor, run capacitor, fan switch or a wiring problem.
Thanks,
Robert

yes the motor is very hot. you can spin the wheel but it does take a lil bet of effort to do it.

That sounds like a possible bearing seizing up. If so, motor is overheating and shutting down.
Is the motor getting full 120 volts to the wires going to motor ?
Do you have heat only or heat & a/c ?
Thanks,
Robert

With 120vac getting to motor, it being HOT when it turns off early, wheel being hard to turn and it making sounds, most likely seized bearings .
Will be back in office later this evening if you would like a price quote and ordering info for a new motor.
Is it heat only or heat and a/c unit ?
Thanks,
Robert
