My mothers furnace is only three years old and now the furnace heats up and only blows cool air.

It is a gas furnace model # DGAA077BATA
All it says on the front of the furnace is Red T Products.

My mother says the furnace acts like it should yet no hot air. Any ideas?

Hi,

Does the burner actually light ? If so, could be a blockage in the burner orifice (spider and/or web) for instance.

Could be gas valve problem also.

You could check the orifice, but otherwise will need a Tech to diagnose it.

Thanks,
Robert
