Intertherm FEH015HA-04 Wont shut down.

Our Heating unti has been running constantly for a while. checked temps at t-stat and around house and all are above what system is set to. We changed the t-stat thinking it was bad. i was told the unit worked normally for the first part of the day and then proceeded to run constantly. Only way to stop system is to use breaker to shut it off. I am thinking it could be the sequencer but i was wondering if anyone had any other ideas.
