I have a coleman presidential ii propane furnace that has not been used much over the last 5 years. I tried lighting the pilot light recently, it was real weak and would eventually die out. Do you have any ideas at what could be the problem?

Could be a blockage in the pilot burner, orifice or pilot tube.

With it being LP and little use in 5 years, if those do not resolve the issue or even if they do, would be best to get it inspected and cleaned/serviced by an hvac tech.

Thanks,
Robert
