Hello,
Every other week or so, when the furnace turns on the ignitor lights the burner and as soon as the blower goes on the flame goes out and then tries to re-light while the blower is running and then flame goes out again. If I flip off the breaker to the furnace and wait awhile it will eventually fire and heat the home. Also, at times right after the furnace is blowing heat, it will turn off for about 10 seconds and start up again without any problem. Just looking on what I can do!

Thank you!!!

Hi,

Welcome to HVAC 101, you'll love this answer, LOL.

WHEN it happens, be there and be prepared to jumpmin and test the circuits with a meter to find where the interruption is.

Also, check burner and burner orifice for blockages (spider/web).

That is why intermittant problems are so hard to detect, you need to be there when it happens.

Thanks,
Robert
