My heat will work but the blower doesn't

My heat comes on but the blower won't so we keep flipping the switches onthe bottom of the unit but we have to do that about ten times a day. What do you think it is. I have a coleman EB15B electric furnace. Please help.

Probably a bad sequencer IF the motor is not getting 240vac to it.

Follow wires from motor to plug connector and see if you are getting 240vac.
