Unfortunately insulators are not available. At least we have no source for them. If anyone stumbles upon a source, we'd be tickled to know about it.
With the 902824 heating element still available, your best solution now is to just replace the element.
For those really old heating elements, we are hoping to find a high-heat super glue to repair broken insulators. We've had some success in finding glue in large quantities for industrial purposes, but still looking for small tubes that can be sold to consumers. But we will find them!
