I have a Evcon furnace model DGAA056BDTB and the cover plate for the controls box is missing. I am told that the fault codes were on the back of the plate. Where can I get a replacement cover or at least get the fault codes for my furnace?

Below should be the fault codes for your furnace.

Steady light on - normal operation.
One flash - ignition failure.
Two flashes - combustion air switch stuck closed.
Three flashes - combustion air switch failed to close.
Four flashes - limit switch open.
Five flashes - gas valve energized with no call for heat.
Rapid flashing - reversed polarity.

Note: Color of light is green.

Thanks,
Mark

Just wanted to add that you can get a cover from an old furnace of same /similar type being replaced at a HVAC shop.

Or, make one from sheet metal and attach with screws.

Thanks,
Robert
