Am new to posting. I have read several posts about ceilings but I do not think my particular problem has been answered. I think my ceiling is vinyl and I was wondering if it can be painted and how? What products, steps.....
Thanks for the help

Hi & welcome. It should be able to be painted, It may not be a quick easy job but it can be done. If it is a smooth ceiling you will want to clean it first, then use a ceiling paint such as Kilz that has a primer sealer in it. Try a closet or small room first to make sure there is no reaction first. If you have a popcorn ceiling plan on having to use a brush and "dabbing" it on. If you use a roller I have found that the first pass of the roller softens it and the second pass rolls it up on the roller. Greg
