The park I am moving into is actually very nice. I knew someone who lived ther before. Very peaceful, and lots of woods, and nice sized yards.
However, soon as I get mine paid off in 24 months, I am putting money aside for property. I like the park, and it is very unusual for a park, since it is very clean, and nice paved roads, and big yards. But I need to be on my own property, and nothing but woods around me...Just my opinion.
I actually still have about another month before I even move in mine...LOL

Also no property taxes. We buy a tag for our mh. About $30 a year.

Here in Georgia, I also have to buy a sticker for my mobile home each year but if I had a piece of property under it, I'd be paying taxes on it as well.

Living in a paid for mobile home allows me more money to spoil my daughter with things that she really loves... For example:

Camera to take this shot: $800
Round Trip flights for two to Orlando: $500
A week at the Disney All-Star plus tickets: $1000
The look on my daughter's face? Priceless!!!
