i am almost done with my addition 12x 46 am curious as to what some other done the wall facing mh since its not attached only the roofline not sure what type of barrier i should us to prevent leaks to addition

Hi & welcome. Unfortunately this is the most common problem with additions and one that does not have a good answer. Unless both the home and the addition are on below the frost line footers you are going to have movement between the two. That movement will result in leaks.

Many people here have the same situation as you and hopefully will be able to give you some of their advise.

Did you take pictures I'd love to see what and how oyu did it. This is something we are going to do in the next year but our addition will only be 18x28.
