Master ensuite, plumbing etc.

Hello, i own a 1973 mobile home. Currently it is a 2 bedroom one bath with a large addition.

Basically what i am wondering is if it is possible to add a master ensuite onto the larger bedroom. It would be right beside the already existing bathrrom. And currently there is a washer and dryer in the spot where i want to put a shower, sink and maybe a toilet.

However, in doing so i would have to relocate the washer and dryer into the addition which is on the length wise side of the trailer on the opposite side of the sewage main drain.
Is this feasable? I really want to make this trailer a 3 bedroom 2 bath to increase the value as well as being able to rent 2 rooms out while having more then one bathroom.

Any information on this would be greatly appreciated,
