Hello,
I've been gone awhile....but now have what I think is my final floor plan created for an almost complete redo of the homestead.
So, besides the local building permits, I am under the impression I also have to get permitted by the State of CA Dept of Housing and Community Development in order to alter/remodel my home.
Anyone here had to pull permits/inspections from the State? Just curious how that went and how expensive it was, and what kind of work you had done?
