Top to bottom of trailer, I've been taken for a ride.

Found a doublewide trailer in spring 2015. Bought it and hired a contractor to help me flip it. Brand new roof still leaks he's brought his guys over 3x to caulk.the roof by the furnace vent. Now ceiling tiles are turning green in every room surrounding furnace. It was inspected and passed; insurance company came out and said its not weather related. I'm flat broke and had enough. I need help. Thanks from mom in Ct.
