Is anyone knowledgeable on Aronis True Value software? I purchased & installed the latest software from Acronis to back up my system in case of total hard drive failure however I cannot get it to work properly. If you can help me with this I will add all required info. Thank you. Carl.

Hi Carl,
Do you get an error message, or are you not sure how to use the program?
Do you have an external drive or second internal drive or backing up to DVD?
Faster way is to install a second HD inside the case or use an exteral USB backup drive.
I can help you, but need a bit more information on how you are backing it up.
Don

Hi Don & thanks for your offer. I purchased the software as a download & also on a CD. I installed the downloaded copy and could not get the automatic incremental backup to work. I cleared everything and installed from the CD with the same result.
I have a USB external HD for all backup activity with plenty of space on it.
I DO NOT get any kind on indication that there is any problems other then the program showing no incremental backup being made.
I have Windows XP SP3 in stalled.
Do you need additional info?
I guess I do not know what I'm doing, if you can help I will appreciate it. Thanks. Carl
