Grill/vent for furnace closet door

Good morning.....I'm looking for a grile/vent ...whatever you want to call it. Just the kind home depot sells pretty cheaply only I can't find anywhere the size I need which is !6" x26" outside dimensions....one that fits flush against the door not into the hole that's cut. I' searched the internet all day yesterday and couldn't come up with anything.Anyone know of a place on the internet that might carry this? I've tried local supply houses and came up empty. There's gotta be a place on the net where I could pick this up....hopefully.
