Is it possible to install a standup ac unit with the window vent in basic mobile home windows. not stick built house windows but just the sliders?

I wouldn't see why not. They usually come with a low profile window adapter to fill in the space to keep it sealed. Probably use a little weather stripping to help. Either that or install a dryer vent kit to use it dedicated throw the wall & just cap it off in the winter seasons.

Yes, I saw one recently in a bedroom when I was looking for mobile homes. It's called a portable air conditioner. Be careful not to get an air cooler instead. The unit I saw was working fine. I hope to be buying an older MH soon and I plan to get one for about $300 new.
