Hello. My name is Dallas. Our heat went out in the middle of the night. We are newlyweds in our first mobile home and new to all this! The unit is a "Intertherm" (model and serial #'s on back panel are missing). I turned it down before bed because it was 75 deg in our home (my wife gets cold real easy), and when we awoke it was 60 deg! The ac and floor fan both still work, but no heat. PLEASE HELP US!

IF it cannot be located, do you have a gas or electric heat elements furnace ?
