duo therm fan will not shut off

Hi I have a duo therm furnace model 76504. The burner will run normal cycle but the fan will not shut off. Can you help?

Call Mark toll free after 9 AM CST tomorrow at 1-877-263-7860 and
see if he has that info, he got some Duo-Therm data, but I don't have mine with me at the moment.
