Blowing cold air

We have a Miller heat pump Model #Q3RA-060K. We turned it on last night and it only blew cold air. No matter where we set the temp, it kept getting colder and colder. Any suggestions? Thanks, Christie

Hi Christie,

The reversing valve may not have switched over from cooling mode as one possibility.

Because Heat Pumps are more technical than normal a/c or furnace operations, best to have a Tech check it out and give a diagnosis.
