I have an Intertherm Model M3RL060A BWT, Serial M3A0600203233. The Temp Switch on the recirculation blower keeps tripping. The switch is a 145 degree, I bought a replacement and the new one trips even more often. I read on here about the problems with the restrictor orifice on the 2007 models, so I pulled the recirculation fan and found no restrictor at all. I have included photos of the blower back and mounting surface.

Looking for next step suggestions.

Thanks,
Dwight

I have seen restrictors that have gone bad but never one missing all together. I would say get the proper restrictor for your furnace, install it and see if that takes care of the problem. That restrictor should be in there.
