Vent safety switch tripping on M3RL furnace

Lately the vent safety switch has been tripping on a regular basis. The furnace kicks on, the ignition lights and the everything seems to work fine. Then the vent safety switch pops. The burners are out when this happens. Any idea what could be causing this?

Unit was manufactured in Nov. 2003.
