I have a Nordyne throwing a (4) code. I am going to try changing the Ignighter (if you think that is the right move). Can you tell me which ignighter I need (part #) so i can order it? The furnace is in a Man. home 2005 model. Thanks, jim.

Hi Jim,

What is the furnace model number ?

Unplug ignitor wires at connector and after a call for heat, wait 45 secs. to a minute and see if you get 120VAC at the plug where the ignitor leads connect.
