Stopped blowing hot air last night. Had got to the point it took a while to warm the trailer.

Was thinking I might need new coils.

Intertherm Central Electric Furnace
FEH-012HA
240v
60hz
1 phase
41,000 BTUH
12kw

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not a lot of money to spend either.

Need to know if sequencer is sending signal to all elements and if so, are they working.

See if bottom H1/H2, H3/H4, etc are getting 24vac from t-stat.

If so, do you have 240vac at M1/M2, M3/M4, etc. ?

Thanks,
Robert

I've back tracked a little on the coils...

I did a little more trouble shooting last night and found that the NON-40 fuses were both brittle and broke when I removed them.

I have purchased new fuses (both Non-40 and Non-30 which are required) and will replace this evening.

I'm hoping this may be the fix, but I will let you know more later this evening.

The fuses did the trick. Sweet heat.

Heat hasn't been this good in a couple of years.

Thanks for you help and I'm glad I found this site.
