Can anyone tell me how to test the blower motor for my furnace? Everything else seems to be working properly, but the blower won't spin & I want to make sure that it's the motor, not one of the sensors/relays. Thanks.

Pull the motor and wire it up direct. That would isolate the motor from all the relays and such in the furnace. If multi speed white will be neutral and pick any other color for hot, those are just different speeds.

Thank you, Dale. That's what I figured, but didn't wanna just 'go off half-cocked'.

Thanks again, Dale. I wired it direct & it would hum & the shaft would try to move about 1/8 turn & then stop, so I took it to a local electric motor repairman. I should find something out tomorrow. Again, I appreciate the help.
