Hi!
Our furnace stopped working last night/this morning. It simply won't kick on at all. We jumpered across the thermostat and it still wouldn't come on. Fuses are all good, connections are all good as far as we can tell. We did a good cleaning overall in there too just in case. Any ideas on if there is anything else we can try? Thank you!

The sequencer is kind of the brains of your unit. Be sure it's getting a strong 24-26 volts to the bottom of it. The top switches should close letting 240V of power to the motor and elements. If not, you need a 3110-3571 sequencer which can be seen here: http://www.aberdeenhomerepair.com/store ... -sequencer

The sequencer was showing 21 on the bottom but the top was what it should be, the transformer was showing the proper voltage reading, heating element looks good. Would you still recommend the sequencer as the cause of the problem because the voltage was slightly low on the bottom?

Oh and there is no power going to the blower but it is powering the heating element as it is heating up when we turn it back on. Thank you!

If some of your heating elements are coming on but not the blower, then most likely the culprit is the sequencer because the M1 & M2 poles are what turn on the blower motor and 1 heating element. But if you are only getting 21 volts to the bottom of the sequencer, that could be an issue too as you should be getting the same voltage that's coming out of the transformer (24-26 volts).

We ordered the parts and got it fixed a bit ago! I meant to get back on here and thank you again but I ended up going into labor and we've been preoccupied :) Thankfully we have heat in our house again with the new baby.
