The heater will not come on, the pilot light stays lit and its has the correct voltage to gas valve. When the thermostat is moved up its dead, nothing kicks on nothing happens. I've replaced the thermocouple and the thermodisc. Any help or sugestions would be appriciated.

Hi,

Make sure the main burner orifice behind the gas valve is not clogged with spider-web-eggs and also be sure burner is clean and clear.

Once those are established, if you have a call for heat for t-stat and 24vac at the gas valve and pilot is lit, if burner does not ignite, then need to have gas valve gas pressure (manifold) tested.

Thanks,
Robert
