Disable Blend Air ll Attic fan

2004 Manufactured home. The attic fan runs constantly.
This started 4-5 years ago during the winter months(Northern California 5,000 ft elevation). Now it runs all year long. I keep meaning to do something about it and so here I am. I'm pretty sure it's the upper c/b. I was going to send both to you for inspection but I see you have a retro fit deal that will eliminate both boards. I will order that but can't get it installed until the spring time.
So, for now, is there a way to disable the attic fan from the furnace area? I already have snow on the roof.
