There is another thread on here asking the same question. I also had this issue. Believe me when I say you have it right. You may have to use some strength to get it, but it does screw out. Good luck!

I had the same happen to me, but with the tp holder. And it wasn't a 2year old it was a 38 year old! We cut a piece of oak, stained to match the moulding and mounted it to the tp holder. Looks ok. We also did it where my 7year old put the door knob through the wall. Good luck!

I too had the same question you did. There is a thread about it here somewhere. They actually showed pics of the anchors to use. They work very well. I have many heavy items hanging from them in my home. Good luck!

I don't want to rain on your parade, but...how are you going to make the spackling compound stick to the vinyl wallboard? I have heard many times that it will just peel off or can be picked off cause it doesn't stick well to the vinyl? Are you worried about that happening?

I have the same kinda of drain. I have taken mine out of the garden tub many times to unclog it. You need to unscrew the big screw in the middle. I have since taken that thing out and just replaced it with a rubber stopper. It is much easier. When I first tried to unscrew mine it was ver difficult a...

You should be able to use regular locks. My father is a locksmith and changed all mine with regular ones.

Puttin up base board and trim board???

I have decided against doing drywall or taking the battens off the paneling in our home. There was just too much that could go wrong and I don't want to deal with the cracking issues. So I did start painting, and now I have an issue....how do I put up oak base and trim board around the floor of the ...

Faucets

I would like to replace ALL my faucets in my home. Can I just go buy new and they will fit or are they all "mobile home" size like everything else in my home? Also would like to do the same for the kitchen sink, would really like something deeper. Thanks for any replys!

We also have a garden tub, but no window and have not had any issues with it. BUT, at work (I run a truck stop) we have many showers and had to have one refinished by a local company. They look brand new. The cost was about $750 for two of them.. they do fiberglass repair and refinish. Maybe that is...
