I am not much on noise discriptions. Does the main blower run that blows air into the house?
if the burner you have has a flame sensor clean it with steel wool or sandpaper (the metal part).

First they left the refrigerant line connections open to the air. BAD NEWS and furthermore they did not bother to tape them up. More bad news. Mobile home units are usually designed as a blow thru not a draw thru style. Tell them you want it exactly as listed on your agreement. You are paying for th...

RE: Intertherm Gas Furnace. Blower coming on intermittently
The problem is residual heat. Usually there is enough differential in the control to stop this from happening.
Something would have to kick on the blowwer relay for it to be a problem.
Are you sure all the ducts are open and the filter and return air are not blocked in any way?

RE: Water in attic space
The unit will remove excess moisture in the entire home. This eventually and in short order will cause removal of the moisture in the attic space. The moisture in the attic space comes from within the home to start with unless you have a leak in the roof. No duct is required to be placed into the at...

I use a electric dehumidifier running constantly. Run the hose on the adapter or remember to drain the catch bucket.

If you can put the blower in a constant run position. You can do this by using a jumper on the control you replaced last year. This will take the control out of the circuit and eliminate the on and off if the control is the problem. If this corrects the situation then you know the control is defecti...

You may try cleaning the main orifice just in case it is partially plugged up causing a lack of flame size.
Other items like checking the gas pressure etc take special tools and knowledge. This is best left to a professional that know exactly what they are doing.

There is usually a filter in the door of your unit. You do have to take the louvered door off to replace. The filter listed at the address below is washable. Check to make sure your filter bracket is still in the door or you will have to order one of them also. http://www.mobilehomerepair.com/Colema...
