You might want to use paragraphs it makes things easier to read. Every 4 of 5 sentences just start a new one. About the storm, glad you and your family are okay. It's scary and tornados are the scariest because you don't get much warning with them. I'm gonna be moving into my first mobile home later...

I'm moving into an older mobile home, most of the windows are crank slats, but I have one double window in the living room area that will fit an AC luckily. The problem is that the screen seems fixed and cannot be taken off or moved up. Is it possible that it was made like that or am I missing the w...

I was able to check it and it does have the 220 plug or whatever is standard for an electric range.

If I buy an older mobile home from the MH community, in general in that case will I be charged a closing cost. Obviously paying cash. And if I were to sell it later on do I have to charge closing costs or does the park charge them> I know my question sounds stupid, but I know nothing about this subj...

Thanks, I hope it does, but if it doesn't I will just get a convection oven and an electrical hot plate or double and an induction burner hotplate.
