Re: water heater
Combustion air must come from outside. System must be sealed from intake to exhaust vent. You must use a mh approved unit for insurance purposes, and to avoid "waking up dead" from carbon monoxide poisoning. You could draw the combustion air from a side wall, but it must be ducted directly...

Re: Hi friends, I need help again.

Some stores will offer the service of making them, some will just sell you the parts for a DIY project. They are pretty easy to make, I did all of mine a few years ago. If you still have the metal fr...

Check a home center - there are access doors available to install for easy access. They can be painted to match your walls. If you go that route, size your cuts accordingly.

But make sure you have a way to ventilate it in warm weather.Greg wrote:Rigid foam does work and is safer than hay bales (fire?). You want your skirting as tight as possible in cold weather.

Re: Flood Damage, Replace Entire Subfloor
Plywood, it may cost more, but totally worth it. As to under the walls, you may be able to get away with adding blocking to the joists to support the floor. That depends upon the condition of the particle board under there now.

Any sign of rot on the post bases?
If they are solid, maybe you could pull that side back to plumb, then install cross braces to keep it from racking again.

I've never done it, but they say it is tack welded on the ends, so would need to cut the weld, and resecure when done.

Can't see why the pole barn guys or the Amish couldn't do the job; after all, it's just like building a small pole barn.

In the link I posted, you notice that the new roof is done properly, supported by the 6X6s, not resting on the trailer itself. Since you have a flat roof, you wouldn't have to build it so high, but you can adjust the height to provide needed slope over your additions.

Re: mobile home wall strength ?
No way do you want those support posts sitting on a pad. However you do it, the foundation needs to be below the frost line, usually about 36". I would use Sonotubes and extend the concrete 6" above ground, anchor 6x6 to them. I would be absolutely amazed if your walls would hold the load,...
