I just purchased a Mobile Home that had been abandoned/forclosed, etc. It was empty for a year. Looking down into the air ducts, I could see rodent feces, hair, etc., so we used a shop vac to clean what we could reach. The problem is that there are strong, horrible odors, similar to cat urine smells...
