Greg is right. When I bought my first house that happened. I just replaced the tank, and got it overwith. The electric ones are pretty cheap. One of your elements probably went out. Of course, just my opinion.

Floor under Hot Water Tank...

I am sure this won't come as a shock to most of you.... I was doing some clean up work, and noticed my hot water tank, was tilted slightly. I knew right away what the problem was. Soft Floor. I see the two in and out hoses on the side. Do I just unthread the lines, and pop it out of the clos...

But after digital dreams posted about welders, then I realized it is a good brand...LOL I know welders better than furnaces, when it comes to brands. I need to learn where to post on the forum. I am sure they did the most of them the same way. I am going to take the one vavle off the hot side, and check it fir...

Yes my dear, you were ..."Right". Whatta bonehead! He changed the line coming out of the water tank, white pvc, and brought it down to the ground, and ran it towards, what looks like it goes up to the bathroom. I bet he never split it off to go to the kitchen now that I am thinking of it. ...

Thanks. I dread tearing all that insualtion off. I am gonna pop the fittings at the faucets tomorrow. I dread this part. At least the bathroom is fine. I don't know why the plastic lines would cause this much trouble. But I never worked with plastic, or know the troubles they have.

Thanks, I changed the locks today, and they were standard. They changed the front and back door. They actually put very nice doors on it.
I will be changing the faucets soon, but I ran into a issue that I posted on another thread here.

Plumbing Question...

I was just up at my MH, to drop some stuff off and change the locks. I know the maint. guy at the park fixed a water line, from the hot water tank in the back, going toward the front. Looks like a white pvc 1/2 inch line. I am gonna redo it, he has it laying across the ground...ugh!! But anyhow. My ...

Are they a good brand?

I see my MH has a Miller Gas furnace in it. Is this a decent brand furnace? Not that I have a choice right away. But before winter, if it has problems when I have it checked, was seeing if this is something that is a "somewhat" a decent brand. I have heard of Miller welders, but not a furn...

RE: Getting rust off tongue before priming

The POR-15 is awesome. I use that when I am restoring my beetles. I use it on the floorpans, and frame rails. That stuff is outstanding. And durable.
I prefer to use a wire wheel on a drill, or grinder if you have one. makes the job quicker and easier.

LOL....I think I made an album here. Pretty sure I did. I am trying to take before photos, and then after photos. Of course the "after" photos will be a little while.

Mine is an 85, so I don't know if thats considered old or not....LOL I am going up today, since we're not moved in yet, and get this figured out. I want to put new faucets in, I am sure I am going to need MH ones to do that. I was hoping to use a sink bowl that would fit, and has really nice faucets...

LOL. Thanks Yanita. I had a "stupid moment", when I was trying to figure it out. This board has been nicely done. I used to do cgi, and design boards, you think I would know better.....
