Got a water filter under the house and looking for ideas on how to keep it from freezing. Last it busted and dont want to have to deal with that again at 17 degrees. I've got heat tape on all the pipes but putting it on the filter doesnt work very good. Anybody with any suggestions on what can be do...

another issue is my range vent damper has broke and is letting in cold air bc it will not fold back down. where can i find one of these at i've looked online and at lowes with no luck. thanks
