RE: Will not shut off...
It was doing nothing at all when he arrived. In fact the flashing yellow light had gone back off and it was as if nothing had ever happened. I felt kind of embarrased that I called him out when it was doing nothing at that time and... I am female and again, embarrased to say that I dont even know wh...

RE: Will not shut off...

Quick response... thank you. The answer to your question is, neither. It is a sliding type switch with 3 positions, Heat, off and cool. It is in the Off position. Maybe not the best description but hope it helps. Thanks again.

Paintable wallpaper?
I would like to remove the strips on a wall that has a bold pattern that I cant stand anymore and put up paintable wallpaper. I have read many of the posts on here about painting and even painted a wall in a previous mobile (strips and all). But thought maybe I would do something a little different ...

Siding problems... help please.
I need some opinions on a siding issue I have been having. Our brand new home was delivered and set up, just over a year ago. From day one we have had problems with the top row of siding falling off. They have come back two times and "fixed" it and it is falling off again. They have staple...

Wow, and I thought we were he only ones to have that kind of luck. Not a nice way to start the new year is it? When we moved into our new home right after it was delivered and set up I did my first load of laundry and when I went into the laundry room to put them in the dryer, the room was flooded. ...

No expert here but if you would like the opinion of a housewife, That is a lot of odor absorbed into the flooring, that would be almost impossible to hide. In my honest opinion, I would be afraid that it would not take care of it. I think I would require the floors to be done before I made a decisio...
