Use on Metal Roofs

Neoprene is perfect for sealing metal roofs. Apply along all seams and around flashings and vents before applying any other roof coating. Neoprene can be stretched up to 240% before it cracks -- perfect for shifting mobile homes. Flexible and watertight for up to 30 years. Roof coatings will crack along seams within a year or two. But if neoprene is first applied along the seams and around vents, your roof is always protected.

Coverage

Each 10oz cartridge covers approximately 30 linear feet using a 1/4 x 1/4 bead, or 15 linear feet using a 1/2 x 1/2 bead. Cartridges fit a standard caulk gun.
